No better than ********!

I ordered a mobile package from Afrihost in December, from the start it was a nightmare. It took them FIVE DAYS to activate my sim card! The whole time I had issues with their product. I decided that it wasn't for me and cancelled on the 24th of January. Their website clearly states that you can cancel ANY TIME BEFORE the 25th of the month. Well, last time I looked the 24th IS BEFORE the 25th!!!! Now they are saying they will only cancel my package in MARCH! This is *****, plain and simple. If they dare to ***** another month's payment from me that I cancelled according to their terms and conditions then that is *****!!! Afrihost are no better than ********!
