No assistance on WIFI issue

I've logged multiple call back requests where technicians have phoned me.

In all these calls, I've advised that my WiFi is not working properly for the past 2 weeks. I cant access certain applications and whatsapp messages etc doesn't work at all when I'm connected to the WIFI. I've told this to everyone I've spoken to and I keep getting the same response that "everything is fine with your wifi".

I have spent so much money on mobile data. I'm seriously considering canceling my service as no one really seems to want to help me. I have also logged a hello peter complaint.
