No assistance from Afrihost

No able to assist a customer. After numerous attempts and speaking to many different customer care agents, no one seems to be able to assist me in changing my hosting email address, the one agent asked me to send some documents through to her only to get a email back saying sorry we cant help, I can access my control panel, as I lost my password and my hosting email account has been cancelled, we have done everything that Afrihost has asked us to do, but still no help has come from them at all, we are at a point where we will just put a holt on the debit order, an maybe just maybe they will wake up and even try and assist us, I would not recommend them for anything, as they don't seem to care about there clients at all.
