No assistance for Rain LTE-A, unusable connection for 3 weeks and counting

LTE-A package through Afrihost (Rain) recently became essentially unusable for the past 3 weeks. Multiple calls to them with eventual response that they "dont have any actual control over Rain" so I was advised to switch to MTN provided plan. ***? Consultants are friendly and try to help but all this amounts to is sending an email to Rain as far as I can tell. Nothing has changed, I am hotspotting from my phone for all my work.
