no assistance

I have been communicating with afrihost since the 15/05/2015 as I have had no connection chating to various ppl via client zone an all that I get is try this try that but no one does or answers me with the questions I am asking. I have requested for some one to call me an yet no one has called. Im disgusted by this yet again afrihost I will cancel an pay telkom Instead if this doesnt get sortes today
