No answers about Fibre line

Just cant get any answers out of them after weeks of calling, they promise internet in one week, 3 weeks later and I have not even received a call from them or OpenServe for line installation. I have been contacting them daily and they just give me the run around, each person i speak to gives me a different story. I am disappointed and at my wits end. SO do not even start to believe their advertising.
