No ADSL for months

<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>I am still without internet. Keep on saying telkom issue and then telkom "fixes" it works for 5 minutes whilst there on site and then it doesnt work again. It has been more than 3 months we havent been able to use it at all. More it has been broken. I am thinking of cancelling Afrihost and Telkom and moving towards wireless to be able to use it. Currently I am using a vodacom data sim on a LTE router just to be able to have internet for my alarm and cctv. </p> <p> </p> <p>We are still being charged for this service even when the service doesnt work. You can check in our connectivity that the line is at zero all the time. Telkom keeps telling a technician was on site but they werent. I have told telkom numurous times to call me when there so I can arrange for house to be opened if needed.</p>
