NO ACTIVE INTERNET - PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

It's been over a week now since I last had working internet. Every single day I am on a call with their team & they keep saying everything looks fine from their side but I still do not have active internet. What am I supposed to do in the meantime with no working internet & I need to work? The service I am currently getting from your team is beyond pathetic, I am super annoyed with everything. When I said I want to cancel the service they tell me otherwise but are not helping me with anything!!!!
