No activation in sight

I have just spent 2 hours on calls , passed on to 4 people to activate my line. Person after person tells you of a new process and no end in sight.

I am now told by Sakhele , the last agent of the 4 I've spoken to , that he will mail me the instructions as there still is another step in the process. does this have to be so difficult , I await that mail with baited breath!!!!!!!!!
