No Accountantablity despite THEM being paid monthly and not Vumatel

I have been without internet now for 5 days, Afrihost is blaming Vumatel and Vumatel is not bothering to come back to me - I pay AFRIHOST not vumatel so this is not my problem, I cannot even cancel because now I have a 60 day notice period, I can't hold back my payment then I get threatened so as a consumer I have NO RECOURSE - this is not acceptable and I will make sure everyone that wants to listen will NOT use Afrihost - they cannot be bothered to try and help you and just blames Vumatel and takes NO responsibility even if they are being paid every month
