Afrihost have not been able to resolve my mobile APN issue for MONTHS now

This means I cannot connect to the internet via their APN on my mobile phone

They keep telling me they are escalating the issue to their critical care/dev team but they never get back to me or resolve the issue

I'm about to take my fibre business somewhere else too

They used to be brilliant bat now they're just mediocre, to put it mildly...
