NIGHTMARE

What a nightmare just getting my phone number changed. I cannot login into clientzone as it asks me for an OTP, I changed my phone number about 4 months ago but needed to get more data so I tried to log into client zone, it then asked me for an OTP number, my old number is still on the system with Afrihost so I never received the OTP. I then phoned them to change my number and that's when it all began. The guy I was dealing with, Conor, said to send a picture of me holding my ID, my bank details and what service I was on with Afrihost so I got my ID book book, held it and took a picture and sent it to them with my bank details and what service I was on. This was OK and they sent me an OTP number that did not work when I tried to log in. I then sent them an email saying it did not work, no one got back to me so I phoned again. Conor then said to me I must a headshot of myself holding my ID, I will not do that, since when does anyone need personal photos to prove Identity when they have no idea what I looked like in the first place. How did I know my own bank details, how did I know the plan I was on with them, I mean how stupid can you get to go to the lengths of asking for personal photos, this will never happen and I will be cancelling with them. its just so wrong. They were prepared to send me an OTP first without the headshot, the OTP did not work then they want a photo...............................NEVER
