New to Afrihost - so far its been terrible!

I switched my ADSL from Telkom to Afrihost on the 5th of March. Afrihost offers amazing things on their website so i decided to increase my line speed from 4mbps to 8mbps at the same time. To date, and after numerous emails, my internet is still on 4mbps. Connectivity is at its poorest with constant buffering and i consider myself a light user. They also state that they will deal with telkom on your behalf and that you wont pay twice but last month i paid Telkom and afrihost for 8mbps service that i dont have! In my latest support mail to afrihost I requested feedback on the matter and Ive simply been ignored. I would not recommend switching from telkom to afrihost ...telkom might not reply as fast and may be difficult to get through to but at least your internet service will have fewer issues. Im switching back to Telkom and would rather pay more than have this type of service
