New SIM card RICA Barred

I received my new (mtn) SIM card from Afrihost on Monday and ported that evening. Since Tuesday I have been trying to use my new sim card and airtime but my number is \RICA-barred"even though the mtn website says i'm registered and the staff at mtn shops have been unable to help me.<br> <br> Afrihost's service throughout this has been shocking. I keep on speaking to diffirerent support consultants over email and facebook but no-one seems able to get down to the root of the problem with mtn. This is totally unacceptable as today is now the 4th day without cellphone service and still Afrihost haven't told me what the problem is and/or how/when it will get fixed."""
