New Reseller Package

I would like someone at Afrihost to give me a call and assist me.

It really frustrating to be paying but no service.

I have open a new account i paid prorata, but I was not able to use the Reseller package I purchased., I'm unabale to pay using my card. no one is willing to assist,

I decided to pay cash, i have not been assisted till now.

i have spent more then R300 in phone call only today 2019/12/05....I'm still having same problem

What do I have to do to get my reseller hosting going. I have clients waiting for my service and I'm loosing business.
