Instead of dealing with a problem and communication with the client they prefer to blame their service providers, such as Open Serve, and pass you off to someone else. Their favorite slogan is "we are going to escalate your problem" don't be fooled by this, they are just trying to make you someone else's problem! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
