New Installation (where is my router)

At this point, Afrihost deserves no star at all. I app**** for a service from them three weeks ago. I have been following up with them almost every day to go do the installation. Their customer service agents are not helpful at all and sound very clueless. My installation was finally done two days ago but I just found out from a very useless agent Devon D, that the router has not been shipped still the system shows that the order to do so was only done today. I already regret choosing their service. The service is seriously below par, and very disappointing.
