New Fiber installation - Poor Service - No connection

Fiber was installed on 24 May 2021. Website lead time states a maximum of 5 days. Payment was made in advance. Despite multiple calls and hours on the phone with Afrihost , NOT YET CONNECTED. Absolute armatures. Conflicting information from the numerous agents i dealt with. Zero feedback. Zero Follow. Zero respect. They just do not care. Its is not their money that's tied up, along with the numerous fools like me who have fallen prey to their advertised fiber CON nection.
