New email management interface - CWP - does not work

Their new email interface called CWP does not work, as it either does not route to the management screen or when it does route, it just hangs and does not refresh the mailbox list. 9 different support agents could not fix the problem. I then signed up with a different ISP, and requested a transfer of my domain to the new ISP, only to find that Afrihost will not release my domain, I suspect, until the very last day of the month.
