New customer treated like ....

Agent Ntokozo Mthimkhulu is rude. Put on hold for 20 min at x2 intervals.( he wanted me to drop the call however i didnt) He is not helpful and sighs when helping me. He muted call and didnt help at all. He tried so many times to get me to drop when all im doing is looking to sign up. (New business) really!

Was on a call for over 1 hour, with agent lying and making more stories as he **** He tried to fix the problem before even understanding it.

He is lazy to try help and resolve matter.

Wish to sign up however, how can we build an account with staff that dont care.

Very unprofessional and poor customer care.

Listen to call, this guy shouldn't be employed by a corprate company and needs help.

Never complain however this was next level!

Tottaly appaled, if i dont receive feedback regarding this. Social media, google reviews, hello peter etc will get the message to you.
