new customer at Afrihost - disgusted

Despicable service from Afrihost!!! They have constantly misled me in trying to connect my fibre line in my new residence, blaming Vumatel and not updating me on what is going on. I have been trying to get my fibre set up as I run a business from home and after spending my own money to get connectivity and paying for service from them, 12 days later I am getting the same story 24 - 48 hrs 12 days later Nothing not even a call to say we are having a issue here or this is happening. Nothing, every time I request a call back I have to tell the same story where no one seems to know what is happening or blame another service provider!
