New Client to Afrihost , disgusting service!!!

Migrated to the worst ever service provider Afrihost. Tomorrow I will be offline for a week and I am working from home, Spoke to 9 consultants over the last few days. What is worst I had to pay my full months subscription before they started the migration. Is there any company in South Africa that has any pride in their services?
