New account line not opened

I am very disgusted with the services im getting from afrihost, as a new client that did not even receive my package yet i will not recommend them, the previous owner at the complex were with you guys, i asked to get the line open as i want to get my package activated asap, i were told that they cant do so, due to the previous owners " outstanding account".. firstly that is not my problem and i want the line to get opened.. i will not recommend any one to use their services , i will also go on the internet and ask the internet service provider association to assist me in this matter...
