NEVER use Afrihost - Worst Experience Ever

I app**** for one of Afrihost mobile data packages towards the end of Jan. Afrihost then deducted a pro-rata subscription and one full month. I waited for about two weeks and had to give them a call. I was told that they did not have stock of the sim cards after already deducting almost R600 from my account. I then decided to cancel and was told that I would be refunded within 5 business days. After 5 business days I inquired again and was told I have to wait 10 days as they processed the paperwork for the refund. Firstly there was no paperwork completed to take my money and secondly within two days they took my money. Why do I need to wait 15 days for them to refund me. This is just pathetic... Worst service ever. I would not recommend them to anyone.
