Never use Afrihost!!! rather try Mweb or even Telkom

I decided today that it's time try Afrihost and switch from Telkom. I wanted to use the try us 1gig data package.

First i got that my username/password is incorrect. Contacted Afrihost via live chat and they guy help me very quickly, my number needed to be updated. After successfully connecting i wasnt getting any internet even when my router said i was connected.

Wanted to go back to live chat but it was disabled so i phoned. After spending 20minutes on the phone the agent told me there is a fault logged on my line with telkom coz of my earlier chat... THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY LINE!!!! Its your ADSL account. I then told the guy all i want to do is test your internet and your test account is not working!!! he then said he has to transfer me to sales. I was then transferred to a dropped call!!!

After spending 20 minutes on the phone and ended up with the same service i would have gotten from telkom!!!! at least their ADSL account is working. LUCKILY THERE IS ALLOT OF OTHER PROVIDERS THAT WILL WELCOME MY BUSINESS!!!
