Never subscribe via useless Afrihost

I ordered a fibre link almost 3 months ago from Afrihost. It is impossible to get any feedback on the status of the installation. I logged many support calls and tried calling the callcenter. You stay on hold for 15 minutes, then another’s useless agent promise to call back which never happens. Vumatel and Fibrehoods merged, which add more complexity to the matter. They don’t honor the fibre termination either. Don’t waste your time , they are beyond useless.
