Never seem to get what you pay for!

I have a 50/50 fibre uncapped premium package which clearly says no throttling and shaping if the server is busy, However seems like I am being throttled anyway as I dont see speeds better than 9mb down and 5mb up. Vumatel have sent out their tech guys and confirm the fibre and hardware is not the problem but my ISP"Afrihost" who is robbing me. This **** service is since I past the 3months signing up and money back gaurantee. Call center team never gets back to me and consistently ask for results of speedtest but never seem to reply back.
