Never Got back to me with my account

Hi I am really dissapointment with afrihost, I cancelled my telkom account as many people se the afrihost is the way to go after I orderd a LTE fixed wireless internet they told me to verify my account i did not see any transactions on my bank account and then proceeded to send my bank statment to them I have not heard any thing from them, I called many times and i stay on the line for up to 30min with no respond the online chat service never works and you always get directed to leave messages after many attempts I still did not get my device nor account verification, I will now have no other choice but to move back to telkom I can not believe that thi is the service i got from afrihost. what a joke this is they just never get back to one.
