NEVER EVER MAKE USE OF AFRIHOST!!
In October 2016 I moved (or so I thought), over to Afrihost. After cancelling my Telkom ADSL account, I was told that Afrihost will take over my Telkom line etc. After receiving bills from Telkom, I began investigating and discovered that I was still using my Telkom ADSL and not the services from Afrihost (that I was paying for). After cancelling my Afrihost account, I was told that I will be refunded because I have not been using their services (I also never received a new username and password from them). After speaking to a consultant today I am informed that I will only be refunded for the month of February 2017. I am absolutely disgusted that a company that was so highly recommended could steal from me in such a way! I strongly recommend never to make use of their services!
