Never EVER go Afrihost Dedicated

I had a dedicated server with thes guys, and I called before the 23rd of last month to find out about the cancellation procedure. i was told that should I cancel my service before the 25th of any given month I was not going to be billed again and my service will be cancelled. I then did this and got a popup on screen to say my service cancellation effective 1 May. 1 may comes and I get charged again for the service. So I send them a support request and it has been 16 Days and yet no one even beeped at me. I even went on live chat and asked the guy to escelate for me but nothing happened. Truly the worst company in South Africa at this point. Their prices is not even worth it anymore. I have not yet used my server at all this month and I want my money back. I went with another company and had to pay them because I was under the impression my service is cancelled. Yah right. Really feel like I want to give them up for ***** but the SAPS is just as useless.
