Network Activation

I app**** for Afrihost network , I'm their new client.On the 10th October I got a message from them saying that they couldn't get money from my account, then when check I gave them the e-wallet account so can't do any debit from it.Then I called office on the 11th October 2024 asking to do EFT which I did and they said I will give them account that they will use to debit before end of October.On 12th October I spoke to one of their consultant on WhatsApp asking for help because my network is not working , they said there's no security personnel working on weekends I must call on Monday,but I must send proof of payment and review form that I filled on the 11th after payment to to their email address (***) which I did.On the On the 14th October 2024 I called their office asking why my account is not activated and they said I must for security department they will activate it ,on Tuesday morning I called again , it's when they started to activate the account,so it worked from the 15th to 17th midday., Today 18th October I spoke to one of the consultant around 17:30 , asking why network is off they said because my account it's been terminated because of the payment.I had to send proof of payment and review form and the email that I got from Afrihost that my account is up to date.Even the proof that I did send all the info to the security department.They said I was supposed to pay the installation and other stuff which I don't know off, because the package I took is 100Mbps Uncapped ,I did ask the person who was helping me during the application if there's any money needed except the upfront, and they said no.zI don't know what to do anymore,I don't have any emails or messages informing me about the termination of my account.I don't have WiFi and I'm working at home some days and my kids are struggling with their school work but I paid and I got proof from Afrihost that my account is up to date.So I need help I have a child who's attending a special school she needs some programs to do the school work.My Name is Doris Hlungu I'm not happy at all I trusted this company but I'm so disappointed 😞😞
