Need help from Afrihost - Its Impossible to contact them!

I have 4 product offerings from Afrihost, must recently have had 2 big problems that has net been sorted out. 1. The return of my business domain, that was transferred in error to another person. I have sent 8 emails and called evey day this week, not able to get through, their live chat is not connected, and their call me back option is also not connect. 2. I made a huge mistake when I transferred my telkom fibre wifi from telkom to afrihost. It has now been 2 weeks and still Afrihost has not connected me. Their technician installed the device 2 weeks ago after waitting 8 weeks for them to actually come and install. Again, not able to get a respolution to the matter. 3. Afrihost blocks domain transfers for 10 days while they do a month end run. This is unheard or, 10 days making it half a month I cannot perform my business functions.
