Nature of this review is - NO service response

I have now emailed, phone, created support tickets, online chat with NO help.

I have used Afrihost for almost a decade now with no problems, till now

I am billed for a router that was never delivered after I cancelled my Fibre order

How many times and to how many people must I explain what happened and NO-ONE phones me back.

If I don't get a response here, I will have to try and reach Gian directly with all the names of people who could not assist me.
