My internet NEVER reaches the speed I pay for

I have been using Afrihost for the last year & I was told that a 8mbps line would suffice for my needs.

At first there was no complaints, however, for the last three months I have had to make numerous calls because my line speed never reaches its potential or even close to a 5mbsp, I am lower than 2, sometimes 0.53.

Do not use Afrihost as they charge you great rates, promise best internet service but they fall short on resolving queries & don’t find long term solutions for connection problems.

On Monday I will cancel with them!!! I would rather live in Stone Age era than use Afrihost again
