Over and above the other account issues I keep having (I’m losing count - and I’ve only been with you guys for 2 weeks!), you’ve now debited my account early. I was very clear that my account may only be debited on the 3rd of every month – not the 1st. My main client only pays me on the 1st and it very rarely clears the same day. Your lack of efficiency is messing with my credit rating, costing my bank penalties, losing me time - and causing me stress I certainly don’t need in my life.
