MTN LTE failure

No internet with MTN LTE for a week now and still not resolved. They keep telling me to re-set the device even though I give them the fault reference! The support staff are almost always pleasant but it does not help if I am not getting the problem fixed. I have been with Afrihost for 13 years and moved to MTN because of poor service from Telkom LTE. I have only been with MTN LTE for 1 month.
