MTN and Afrihost not working

<p>It has been over 2 weeks since my prepaid MTN sim card stopped working. It says that it cannot connect to any networks. Afrihost uses MTN towers for their network. Afrihost told me that it was not a fault on their side and that I must sort it out with MTN. This has lead to me using a lot of airtime and data which I would not normally have to use. Afrihost says they are working with MTN to resolve the issue. This was on the 6th of July. It appears that this is not a priority for them. I am still waiting for MTN to get back to me and feel that thr technical team new about my problem since the 4th of July. This is a huge inconvenience for me and will consider taking my business elsewhere.</p>
