They promess 100mbps..... they only deliver 20mbps They answer is they are waiting to get the ownership of the line but they do not have it..... so why do they promess things they cannot provide..... please STOP TO TAKE YOUR CLIENTS FOR STUPID..... They send a modem not even not even pre programmed They charge for services not even used.... (the only time we use it was to try to connect and set up the modem) They charges fees for sending & collecting the modem They charge penalty for cancelling a contract they do not honor. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE MAKING ANY CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY.... WE CALL THEM ALMOST 20 TIME BEFORE A MANAGER call us back and the 1st thing he did was to try to get back to the package.....Can you believe it.....
