Moving over to Afrihost

I had a absolutely horrid experience with previous ISP with getting 0.6mps download speed on a 20mps fibre line and after a long 2 and a half months finally got it cancelled with Supersonic and decided to move to Afrihost, I got in contact with one of their staff by the name of Gosiame Kgampe, extremely helpful individual who was always contacting me and showing a genuine effort in getting me connected, There was an issue with Supersonic taking forever to release my line and than Vuma took over a week to provision my line but Gosiame did his best in assisting to resolve those issues and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Everything has been sorted and Im enjoying a 20mps fibre line now as it should be. I see that some people are having issues with Afrihost and I suppose that its boils down to in my situation that I was lucky enough to get it contact with the right person that actually still believes in his job and en-devoured to ensure customer satisfaction, I dont know if all the staff there have the same attributes but I would like to thank Gosiame Kgampe for all his assistance and being genuinely committed to resolving my issues.
