Most useless person ever

So, I've been having issues with my internet for the past 2 days, I get hold of afrihost on their WhatsApp line, and the level of service or help I received from Samukelo.M was appalling to say the least, he kept insisting that I'm anxious at the number on speed test making me feel like my internet isn't fine and insisted it's just me, when my stream usually ALWAYS runs crisp!!! I stream on both twitch and kick, and the last 2 days it's been a disaster because of my internet, usually never an issue, he says no the number on my speed test is fine when it's not, then proceeds to say it's the number of people on the internet when it's not that either, I usually stream, and everyone at home is on the net. And have no issues whatsoever, then he double question marks me asking if there's anything else he can help with as if he helped at all, this person is absolutely USELESS beyond belief, how these kinda people are hired is beyond me, it's as if he was TRYING to be a ******bag.
