Most useless ISP ever

Well my experience started off great with their service on ADSL, but when i moved to fiber it crumbled. Almost 10 weeks has past since date of order and after fighting with them on almost a daily basis they only let me know yesterday that they cannot offer fiber to me. This is unacceptable customer service, they made excuses for the original delays asking me for municipal bills to confirm my address etc. (estimated lead time is 4-6 weeks) on their website Would not recommend Afrihost to anyone.
