MOST PATHETIC SERVICE EVER

I have been with Afrihost for 6 years. Afrihost can never solve a problem, it is ALWAYS on your side. I had more than 15000 constant emails from an unknown Chinese source that came through to both my company domains. FIRST time I phoned, Leroy spitefully let me hold for one hour and fifteen minutes. When I complained about it, Sheldon his superior informed me that it is an internal matter. After 5 days of destroying my system with these Chinese Emails, (after I had to phone constantly to find out what is happening), Sheldon informed me that it is my website. Really? you are hosting my website so make it stop. No, we can't you must contact your Developer. My Developer has never heard of such nonsense. This happened after I increased my gigs and changed my password three times. Anyway, I decided immediately to move over to HETZNER - they were super, they stopped the mails immediately and even secured my website to avoid this from happening again. I will gladly recommend HETZNER.
