MOST PATHETIC INTERNET PROVIDER AVAILABLE

This is most probably the worst internet provider, and unqualified people who have to assist a person. They think client’s are idiots and say that a router has a brain that it's able to change from IPv4 to an IPv6 twice in one week. We have not had internet since Monday last week, it came on late Friday afternoon and Saturday the IPv6 changed miraculously and NO ONE AT AFRIHOST SEEMS TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON. MOST PATHETIC SERVICES PROVIDER CURRENTLY AVAILABLE - VERY UNREASONABLE.
