Most pathetic, horrible service ever !!!!

Most pathetic ISP ever. If i could I'd give a 0 rating! From the very beginning it has been a nightmare. I had to call in and request callbacks almost every single day for feedback on when my fibre was to be installed. They always said Vumatel is handling the installation and they cannot do anything. Over a month and my fibre was still not installed. I then requested cancelation and a refund because they're very quick to take your money. As soon as you sign up for the fibre, without even installing it, they take your payment immediately. But to get a refund is another story. Im waiting for my refund for over a month now. They still give their sob stories about them not being able to do anything and apparently Payfast handles all the refunds. They can't do anything about getting the fibre installed, cant do anything about refunds. What can they actually do, seriously? This is the worst service I've received by far and would never recommend then to my worst enemy. Oh yes and i even requested to log a complaint with them many times due to their ridiculous service but guess what, they cant do that either. Apparently they just make a note of it on the system. Pathetic !!!
