Most pathetic and disgusting service from Afrihost

Since the start of my subscription i haven't had the speed I requested or paying for. Two weeks later its still a problem while I have been debit for a 1gif line already. No one calls you. U have to call them, requesting stupid call backs and they still cant solve the problem. U get very unprofessional emails everyday, them asking u to run test , what u should and shouldn't do, as if u there technician. On top that, u get told , they cant fix it if u dont do what they ask u to do.. Do they even have technicians, do they understand the meaning of customer service, I have to wonder.. Ask them to cancel everything or lower your su scripting since they clearly cant provide what im paying, the answer is that wont solve the problem because im not assisting them. Being in the service industry myself, this is the most pathetic and disgusting service ever received. They even use professional email etiquette like a signature clearly they dont want to be disturb by there customers.
