I called Afrihost help and spoke to the most remarkable lady named Kuvashni Gnanaprakasam who with so much patience and understanding, guided me through the process of loading a new sim. Kuvashni gets a 10/10 from me for competence and friendliness and Afrihost can be very proud of the amazing employee that they have in her. Outstanding!</p>
