More like Pure Internet Nightmare

Terrible fibre service, if you are near the Cheltondale area I advise you to stay away from Afrihost, the customer service is pathetic and the staff are of no help, they keep giving me the run around (for two weeks) about how everything is perfect on their side but the internet is horribly unstable and no solution has been provided. According to their systems everything is 'working' after making me reset my router (that they set in branch) because it was not done correctly...and then it is because of the shaping **** they advertise (no other isp does this) , you can never win nor are you a priority to this company, save yourself the pain of trying to get connected and actually getting decent service and consider another isp.
