Moral Fibre

15 March I received an e-mail from Vumatel with Fibre setup and Afrihost was one of the providers I could choose as an ISP/
As I have a mobile data contract with Afrihost, I decided to go with Afrihost and contacted them.
As I had a lot of questions via email, I received a call and was explained that when I sign up, everything will be taken care of, nothiong was said about acquiring another router (check the call).
March 20 they came to install the fibre and I e-mailed Afrohost my object number after instalation at 4:39 PM and since then, I have been given the run around to try this and try that to get it to work, it';s been more of an effort thatn effoprtless to get this sorted.
I find myself with no fibre.
I find myself having been charged for a service that I haven't used.
I find myself having to now fork out more money to make a service work that you portrayed as easy?
https://www.afrihost.com/landing/fibre/ states that modem and wi-fi router included, yet no wi-fi router was included
I have taken steps to get legal advise and get advise from Consumer Protection.
Whatever you do, get me connected at no effort on my part.

Note: I work nightshoft, so don't call me before 4pm to discuss anything, instead, just get me connected to Fibre
