money taken even after we canceled

we canceled our afrihost account in novemeber 2017,the start of December 2017 the monthly premium was taken.Its the 3rd of January and 597.00 was taken again,why must i pay that if we canceled. We recived a invoice for the month of january.Our account should be closed.
