Money money money money

I'm so miff with Afrihost, they have zero ability to think customer first.

Issue 1: I moved my mom's line via afrihost to MetroFibre from openserve, because it saved a few bucks. That connection was so bad for the 2 months it was active that I had to move back to openserve, but afrihost reckons a cancelation fee is fair, given they could never solve the issue. There goes a grand. Zero wiggle room, zero understanding.. they got 5 of the 6 payments they wanted. Now plus a cancelation fee. Plus I ran 2 lines side by side for 3 months to test...

Issue 2: the above service got me looking around and I decided to move my line to another isp (not the same line as the aforementioned, this one for my residence). They said I need to give one month notice, done, I cancel on 3 August. Check this, they can't cancel before 1 October as it must be a complete month?!.

So they're taking their grand for canceling line 1 and 2 months extra premium for line 2 and all the double premiums while they're at it.

So ja, here's a fair warning, afrihost is only lekker when it's lekker, after that they're lekker #2
